In this role with our client, you will have a key position in complex, innovative assignments with significant development opportunities. In your role, you will work closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues in a modern and growing organization. Your Main Responsibilities We are now looking for a Project Manager who can be the unifying force in the team and wants to drive innovative projects within the company's areas of operation. As a Project Manager at IETV, you are responsible for your own projects, both large and small. You plan, lead, and are responsible for the work both internally and externally toward the client. You are also responsible for ensuring that the project achieves its set goals regarding schedule, quality, and budget. You report regularly to the CEO/project manager. The position involves many contact points, where you become a very important part of communication with customers, suppliers, and internally. Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant education or equivalent experience that we consider significant, and who has at least a few years of work experience in the role of project manager. You have previous experience working with projects, including time and cost aspects as well as follow-up through post-calculation. As a person, you are communicative and flexible, and have the ability to build good relationships. In your work, you are structured, quality-conscious, and work systematically. Key qualities are the ability to lead other competencies in the project group, make wise decisions, and "see through" projects without having detailed technical knowledge. As a project manager, you should also be able to work independently, solve various challenges together with others, and ensure that the project follows the established plan. We would like you to have a genuine technical interest, be curious and engaged in your work, where you understand and see the importance of delivering quality-assured solutions to the company's customers. You are open to change and adapt easily to new situations. You speak Swedish and English fluently. What do we offer you?
