About the Position As a Project Manager at HSB Södertörn, you will lead construction projects from initial needs discussions through completion and final inspections. The role involves working in a consultative capacity, primarily with housing cooperatives, and you are responsible for creating safe, cost-effective, and sustainable projects throughout the entire process. You will lead projects within renovation, renovation/conversion, and expansion, including pipe replacements, ground projects, and other ROT-related assignments. In this role, you are responsible for: Budget, schedule, procurement, project management, customer dialogue, and contact with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. You will prepare tender documentation, participate in bid evaluations, lead construction meetings, and ensure that projects are executed according to agreed quality, budget, and schedule. Project scope varies, meaning you may manage a few larger projects or several smaller ones in parallel. You will become part of an experienced team with strong expertise in construction project management, where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and common working methods are important aspects of daily work. Qualifications and Characteristics We are looking for someone who is confident in their project management role and enjoys working with customers, contractors, and colleagues. You have a structured work approach, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to build trust throughout the different phases of the project. As a person, you are self-driven, receptive, and solution-oriented, while also contributing to the team through collaboration, engagement, and a down-to-earth approach. Additionally, you have: Relevant education in project management, construction, real estate, or equivalent experience. Several years of experience leading projects within renovation, renovation/conversion, or expansion. Solid understanding of different phases of the construction process, from early stages through final inspection. Experience with budgeting, estimation, scheduling, and financial tracking in projects. Experience with procurement and working with contractors and consultants. Knowledge of construction contract law and relevant standard agreements, such as ABT 06, AB 04, or ABK 09. Good digital proficiency and experience with relevant project management tools. Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. B-class driver's license. Meriting experiences: Experience or expertise in HVAC systems. Experience with projects related to housing cooperatives. Experience with energy efficiency improvements, sustainable material choices, or climate adaptation solutions. Experience with other ROT-related specialized areas.
