Their facility in Uddevalla is Sweden's largest manufacturing plant for prefabricated concrete elements. Responsibilities As a project manager, you are responsible for leading projects from contract signing to final handover. You ensure that all parts of the project are executed according to agreed conditions and that the project's commercial, technical, and operational goals are achieved. You are responsible for project finances, resource planning, scheduling, and risk management, and you lead dialogue with clients, subcontractors, and other external parties. The role also involves following up on contract matters, driving changes and additional work, and ensuring effective coordination between design, production, and installation. You report to the Project Manager and work closely with other project managers, the production organization, and the installation department. Your main areas of responsibility: • Lead projects from startup to final delivery with full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, and safety • Manage project finances, forecasts, risk management, and profitability • Ensure compliance with agreements, contracts, and construction law requirements • Coordinate design, production, installation, and handover in collaboration with internal and external parties • Build and develop long-term relationships with customers, clients, and contractors Qualifications, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Academic degree in construction engineering, civil engineering, or equivalent • Several years of experience in project management within the construction, infrastructure, or prefab industry • Documented experience leading complex projects with budget and profit responsibility • Strong knowledge of construction law and contract management • Good financial understanding and experience with project tracking • Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written • Valid driver's license (Category B) • To succeed in this role, we see that you are a confident and business-driven leader who thrives taking responsibility and making decisions.
