Focus in Your Role As a project manager, you'll lead construction projects from start to finish. You have overall responsibility for the project's budget, results, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction. You are the hub in the collaboration between customer, suppliers, and our internal resources. You will, among other things: - Be responsible for project planning regarding time, budget, and resources - Maintain close dialogue with the customer and ensure that deliverables match their needs - Lead and coordinate project teams and subcontractors - Work with collaboration, framework, and project agreements - Monitor project budget and prepare financial reports - Identify risks and ensure that project goals are met What We're Looking For We believe you have a background in construction engineering and have gathered several years of experience in construction production – preferably in a project management role. Perhaps you're working today as a site manager, project engineer, or project manager and feel ready for your next challenge. What's most important to us is that you have a holistic mindset, are solution-oriented, and enjoy taking responsibility. We believe you have: - A construction engineering education, preferably at the post-secondary level - Experience leading construction projects – large and small - Good knowledge of estimating, budgeting, and financial monitoring - Understanding of contract law and various production methods - Experience in steel construction is a plus Is This the Right Place for You?
