About the Project Manager PositionAs a Project Manager at Envac, you will drive projects for the development and installation of automated waste and recycling solutions from start to finish, including technical, functional, and financial responsibility. You will work on multiple projects in parallel with varying timeframes and complexity.
In this role, you ensure that all project participants have the conditions to deliver by coordinating and following up on project phases. To succeed with this, you will collaborate closely with internal employees, customers, and suppliers to monitor resource and material planning, budget, quality, delivery, and schedule. You perform calculations, risk analyses, and review contracts regarding contract law issues, general conditions of contract (ABT), and any change order handling (ÄTA). The position is based at Envac's Stockholm office and you will also conduct planned visits to the facilities. Your main responsibilities:
Plan and drive technical delivery projects through the entire project cycle in accordance with contract and budget
Prepare agreed-upon documents, material ordering, and delivery follow-up
Coordinate and oversee design, assembly, commissioning, and functionality
Internal and external handover of facilities
Deviation management and budget and financial responsibility for projects
About YouWe are looking for someone with post-secondary education in construction and engineering/mechanical engineering and who is knowledgeable in contract law, general conditions of contract (ABT), and change order handling (ÄTA). Furthermore, you have substantial experience as a project manager or work experience that can be considered equivalent, such as several years of experience as a project engineer that you have built upon with a few years as a project manager in construction and engineering. To succeed in this role, you have good IT skills, fluent language skills in Swedish and English, and hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

Essential for the position:
Post-secondary education in construction and engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
Substantial experience as a project manager

Valid driver's license (Category B)
