What the role entails! As a project manager, you'll have a key role in Eltecno's continued growth. You take over responsibility for the project as soon as an order is received and drive it all the way through – from calculation and design documentation to delivery and follow-up during the warranty period, from individual control centers to large projects with several hundred units. You'll be part of the engineering department alongside colleagues working as project managers, estimators, and engineers, and you'll be one of Eltecno's approximately 45 employees. The role has no direct reports, but you're the person who keeps the project on track and ensures that everyone involved works toward the same delivery date. This is a role where you get to apply and develop your technical knowledge and make a real difference. Eltecno is on its way to becoming Kamic Group's Swedish hub for electrical control centers and switchgear, and you'll be part of strengthening technical competence, structure, and clarity in project management on that journey. Your main areas of responsibility: • Own and drive the project – from when an order is received through delivery and the end of the warranty period. • Prepare quotes and estimates, ranging from smaller orders of a few hundred thousand kronor to switchgear projects worth several million kronor. • Ensure that design is carried out in a technically and commercially favorable way. • Coordinate the entire chain internally – from engineering and material procurement to finished production – so that drawings and documentation are ready on time. • Handle ongoing customer communication and any changes that arise during the project. • Take responsibility for all project communication, both internally and externally. • Serve as technical support to the sales team already during the quotation phase. Who we're looking for! We believe you are communicative and service-oriented, structured and thorough, as well as business-minded and confident in speaking up when something deviates. Many of Eltecno's customers prefer to continue working with a project manager they already know, so your ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships over time is crucial. You thrive in a role that combines close customer-facing work with technical estimation work, and where you take independent responsibility for your projects from start to finish. We see that you have: • Practical background in electrical work – for example as an electrician, project manager in electrical installation, or experience from an installation company or similar manufacturing operation. • Alternatively, experience with customer contact, for example from customer service or inside sales at an electrical installer, with good system proficiency. • Preferably 3–5 years of project management experience – but most important is a solid technical foundation and professional maturity. • Good proficiency with the Office suite; experience with the Monitor business system or CAD/E-plan for electrical design is a plus. • Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing; good knowledge of English is a plus. • Valid driver's license, as the role involves occasional day trips to customers (pool car available, own car not required).
