Your Focus You have overall responsibility for your projects – from estimation and design to delivery and completion. This means you: lead projects with focus on quality, economics, work environment, and customer satisfaction plan resources and ensure proper staffing support and coach leading installers and electricians develop business through close dialogue with customers and partners participate in procurement, estimation, and project planning contribute to developing both operations and our working methods. You'll have great freedom to influence how you run your projects – but also a clear mandate to make decisions and take responsibility for results. What We're Looking For We believe you have experience from electrical contracting, industrial projects, or a related field. Perhaps you already work as a Project Manager. Or maybe you're currently a leading installer or work supervisor and feel it's time for the next step.
