Focus of Your Role You'll have overall responsibility for your projects – from budgeting and planning to delivery and completion. This includes: Leading projects with focus on quality, economics, work environment, and customer satisfaction Planning resources and ensuring proper staffing Supporting and coaching lead installers and electricians Developing business through close dialogue with customers and partners Participating in procurement, budgeting, and project planning Contributing to developing both our operations and our working methods. You'll have great freedom to influence how you manage your projects – but also a clear mandate to make decisions and take responsibility for results. What We're Looking For We believe you have experience from electrical contracting, industrial projects, or a related field. Perhaps you already work as a project manager. Or maybe you're currently a lead installer or work supervisor and feel it's time for the next step.
