Your Role
As a project manager, you will have a key role in implementing construction projects from early stages to completion. You represent the client and are responsible for driving the project with a focus on quality, economy, time, and long-term results.
You lead the various parties in the project, make important decisions, and ensure that each project is executed according to set goals and the client's expectations.

Work tasks may include:
• Project management and construction management
• Design management
• Program and investigation work
• Procurement and contracting matters
• Financial and budget management
• Quality and environmental management
• Coordination between client, consultants, and contractors
• Authority contacts
• Control responsibility according to PBL
• Construction inspections
The position is shaped to some extent based on your experience and strengths, which gives you good opportunities to influence your own development.
We are Looking for You If You
Have at least 5–10 years of experience in project management, construction management, or work as a project or construction engineer in building construction.
You have experience leading construction projects with many stakeholders and feel confident making decisions, creating structure, and driving projects forward.
We would prefer if you have experience in:
• Project and construction management
• Construction law (AB, ABT, and AMA)
• LOU and public procurement
• Financial and budget responsibility
• Time planning and production management
• Risk management and quality work
As a person, you are business-minded, solution-oriented, and trustworthy. You have an easy time building relationships and are valued for your leadership, structure, and communication skills.
You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
If you have your own network or established customer relationships, we see that as a merit.
A driver's license (category B) is a requirement.
