Project Manager for Business Development IT

Your role As an IT project manager, you work closely with the business to understand needs and drive development forward. You operate in an organization with several digitalization areas, where mining is one of them, and your role may contribute to different initiatives depending on business needs. Initially, you will have a central role in implementing an updated version of our proprietary system for managing production in our mines. You base your work on how operations actually function and translate that into solutions that work in practice. Your main responsibilities: Lead projects and partial deliverables related to various IT platforms for our core business Plan and drive change activities (workshops, tests, pilot implementations) Catch the business's needs and translate them into user journeys Contribute to prioritization and planning of initiatives You will become part of our IT Business Development section that works closely with our business. The section is characterized by collaboration and knowledge sharing, where you support each other and together drive development forward. What you bring The role can suit both you with a few years of relevant experience and you with a more senior background in the field. Personal qualities are important, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with the business and who builds trust through clear communication across different levels in the organization. You have the ability to drive change work forward and act both supportively and solution-oriented in collaboration with your stakeholders. You see the bigger picture—how business, technology, and people connect—and drive your work forward with commitment and initiative. Requirements: University or college degree in a relevant field, or alternatively experience acquired in other ways Experience leading IT-related projects from start to finish Experience translating business needs into system support or digital solutions B-level driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish and English Merits: Experience with production management systems Experience with change management, for example from experience with system-related change work or implementation of IT solutions Experience from process industry, such as mining or manufacturing industry We warmly welcome your application!
