About the role
As a project manager, you are responsible for leading installation projects from concept and planning to completed delivery. You have overall responsibility for finances, resources, quality, and customer relationships, while leading the project team toward common goals.
You become an important part of the department's continued development and work closely with customers, employees, and management.
Your main responsibilities
Lead and drive projects with focus on quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Take responsibility for project finances, forecasts, and follow-up
Plan resources and ensure efficient project execution
Develop existing customer relationships and create new business opportunities
Work with procurement, contracting, and entrepreneurial matters
Ensure compliance with workplace environment and quality requirements
Coach and support employees in projects
Contribute to operational development and improvement work

We are looking for you who
Have experience in project management within electrical installation, contracting, or related operations
Have good technical understanding within electrical work
Have experience with financial, budgeting, and profit responsibility
Have good administrative skills and work structurally
Speaks Swedish fluently in speech and writing
Have a B driving license
