Project Manager at Elcab

We welcome your application! About the Role As a Project Manager at Elcab, you have overall responsibility for the projects you lead. You ensure that work progresses according to schedule, budget, and established goals, while leading and supporting the team in daily operations. The role involves close collaboration with all different functions at the company, where you are responsible for ensuring the right conditions and a clear understanding of the project's scope and objectives. You work through the entire project lifecycle, which makes the role both varied and developmental. Examples of common tasks: • Overall responsibility for electrical installation projects • Responsibility for estimation and quotations • Delivery of financial forecasts and responsibility for project finances • Planning of execution and staffing plans in projects • Contact with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, as well as upselling • Ensure that agreements are followed and interpreted according to contract terms • Lead and drive projects toward established goals and quality • Participate in and contribute to Elcab's collectively established goals About Elcab The Elcab Group was founded in 1974 in Gothenburg and has since built a well-established reputation with solid expertise in the electrical industry, offering services in electrical installations, service, and low-voltage installations. Your Profile: Required Qualifications: • Professional background in electrical work, preferably in construction or industry • Experience in project management, or experience as a leading electrician with estimation responsibility or equivalent. • Driver's License Category B • Languages: Swedish and good knowledge of English • Computer proficiency Personal Qualities To succeed in this role, we believe you are driven and structured, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel.
