About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving projects from concept to finished solution within power systems, drive systems, and electrification. You will work on developing advanced drive solutions for industrial applications, including next-generation electric boat motors and marine propulsion systems. The work includes, among other things: Project management and technical coordination of power and drive system projects. Development of innovative electric propulsion systems for marine applications. Evaluation and implementation of new technology within electrification, energy storage, and drive systems. Dimensioning and optimization of motor, battery, and drive systems. Technical requirement specification to customers, suppliers, and development teams. Ensuring EMC, electrical safety, and certification requirements. Creation of electrical designs, diagrams, and technical documentation. Supporting customers via phone or email and, if needed, performing on-site troubleshooting during machine downtime. In connection with projects and commissioning, shorter trips are included, sometimes with overnight stays. We are Looking for You who Have Documented experience in power systems, drive systems, or electrification. Good knowledge of: Motor control Power electronics AC, DC, and servo drives Dimensioning of motor and drive systems EMC and electrical safety Experience with CAD and design tools for electrical systems. Interest in new technology and development within electrification, marine drive systems, and sustainable energy solutions. And who Are: Self-driven Service-oriented Problem-solving Structured Meritorious Experience in electrification within marine, automotive, or industrial sectors. Experience with battery systems, BMS, and energy storage. Knowledge of marine regulations and certification requirements. Experience developing electric boat motors or marine propulsion systems. This is a full-time position starting immediately. Selection is ongoing.
