Come drive projects forward with structure, business acumen, and clear leadership. The Project & Construction Management Department consists of three groups based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. Each group currently has 6–8 employees with varied experience and specialized knowledge, creating a strong collaborative environment. We want to expand these groups to strengthen our local presence and build with key personnel who can lead our largest general consultant assignments. Our clients are both public and private at all project stages. Ideally, we drive projects from early concept through completion, often working together with multiple colleagues. We're expanding the department with you working as a Project Manager and Design Manager, as this is our core business, though we also offer services such as construction management, BAS-P, control responsible, and budgeting. Your Profile We're looking for both candidates with 5 years of experience and those with 10 years of experience in the role of Project Manager and Design Manager for construction and real estate projects. You have strong commitment, natural drive, and a willingness to take responsibility for both assignments and people. As a person, you're best described as initiative-taking, solution-oriented, and able to see opportunities where others see challenges. You thrive in social settings, build trusting relationships, and actively contribute to both team and business development. Coaching, supporting, and developing colleagues is something you see as a natural part of your leadership. You combine strategic perspective with a humble approach and enjoy sharing your experience. To succeed in the role, you need: at least a higher engineering education or equivalent experience. at least 5 or 10 years of experience in construction project management/design management. the ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. We also consider the following as advantageous: BAS-P/U Strong knowledge of construction contract law Budgeting KA-K certification Further, you have an established client network and understand the value of long-term relationships and business development. You're experienced in leading and coordinating others, creating structure in assignments, and ensuring resources are used efficiently. For those with 10+ years of experience, we also see that you have a genuine interest in supporting, coaching, and developing junior colleagues and contributing your experience to the business's continued development. You're comfortable representing the business in steering groups and other strategic forums.
