Do you want to be part of Sweden's largest infrastructure project? We are now seeking a Project Manager for Project and Contract Management for the Vagnhärad project in Ostlänken. Responsibilities Ostlänken is a 160 km double-track railway between Södertälje and Linköping. You will work on the Vagnhärad project, which runs from the southern parts of Södertälje municipality through the entire Trosa municipality down to Sillekrog. Your task is to lead the Vagnhärad project's monitoring of all signed contracts, both internal and the contractor's subcontractors. You will have several colleagues assisting you, each responsible for different areas. Your responsibility as project manager is to coordinate the team's work. This includes: - Plan, manage, and report on the monitoring of various contracts - Handle interpretations, legal matters, notifications, change orders, etc. - Report status to the Project Manager - Ensure that government permits, building permits, and similar authorizations are sought and obtained - Support project managers in design and production with contractual matters and impact - Participate in internal and external meetings - Monitor the contractor's procurement of subcontractors You will be supervised by the Project Manager and be part of the project's management team. Your work location is Södertälje. Travel occurs regularly throughout the entire stretch down to Linköping. As a project manager, you are self-driven but never alone! We are seeking you if you - Have a university or college degree of at least 180 credits (120 credits) with a technical focus, or other education and experience that we consider equivalent - Have worked with monitoring of construction and civil engineering contracts within technical areas such as rock tunnel / structural engineering / ground / railway or road - Have current knowledge of construction law - Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in speaking and writing - Have a valid driver's license for a passenger car It is an advantage if you - Have worked in a leadership position - Have been responsible for procuring collaborative contracts or turnkey contracts Other Information Do you want a flexible workday with the opportunity to work from home?
