Your task is to plan and carry out projects to develop our facilities as well as to maintain safe and stable operations. The projects often involve new construction or renovation of facilities where multiple disciplines and different technical fields are involved. You will, among other things: lead projects from feasibility study to handover to operations and maintenance coordinate project teams and collaborate broadly across the organization be responsible for schedule, budget, quality, and work environment procure contracts and create the right conditions for the project contribute to the development of our working methods and processes represent the company as the building owner and perform the building owner's tasks, where necessary perform BAS-P's tasks as well as BAS-U's tasks.
