About the Role
As a project manager, you are responsible for the project from contract to final delivery. The focus of the role is in the different design phases of projects, where you have overall project responsibility and ensure that delivery is on schedule, within budget, meets quality standards, and fulfills customer requirements. Here the foundation is laid for the project's lifecycle through technical coordination, planning, and close dialogue with the customer. You will lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate specialists in areas such as building construction and process design. The role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and colleagues worldwide, where you function as the cohesive link throughout the entire project. Periodically, you will also work on developing internal work processes and methods. The group language is English, and the position involves regular international contacts and travel to our offices, customer projects, and trade fairs.
Qualifications
Academic degree, preferably Civil Engineer in Technology, Building, Chemistry, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field combined with relevant experience
Experience from large industrial construction or installation projects, preferably within process industry or the Life Science sector.
Documented experience in project management with responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality.
Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
Structured, solution-oriented, and results-driven.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Swedish and other languages are advantageous.
