Project Manager, Member and Association Team

Avenyföreningen and Innerstaden Göteborg seeks: Project Manager for our Member and Association Team. This is a role for you who is driven by developing organizations through collaboration and who wants to contribute to a more attractive, vibrant, and sustainable city center together with us and our members. In your role as project manager, you will work together with the Member and Association team to strengthen and develop member and association benefits for our members and our organization. The role is both strategic and operational and involves close collaboration with our internal teams, property owners, members, the City of Gothenburg, and external partners. Your responsibilities: - Develop the member and association business area. - Lead and initiate collaboration projects. - Lead co-financed projects and contribute to membership sales. - Build strong, long-term relationships with members and partners, and contribute to member development. - Strengthen the organization's brand by clarifying the association's mission in various forums. - Work structured in accordance with the operational plan. - Operational work such as leading member and networking meetings, administering member information, informing, communicating, and reporting to relevant parties in our collaborations. We believe you have the following qualities and experience: - Several years of experience in operational project management. Comfortable working structured and on multiple projects simultaneously. - Feel confident combining administrative/operational tasks with driving long-term operational projects. - Good analytical skills. - Thrive in environments focused on development and growth. - You are confident, communicative, and trustworthy in external contexts. - You are responsive, unpretentious, and collaboration-oriented, with the ability to create engagement among members and partners. - A strong interest in driving projects in collaboration with multiple parties, and an understanding of property-related issues, location development, and public spaces. - Curious with a strong interest in the development of Gothenburg's city center. - Previous experience from association life, non-profit organizations, or foundations is a plus.
