Project Manager with Passion for Marketing, Events, and Communications! Do you have experience driving marketing projects and creating successful events? We're looking for a consultant for an exciting assignment where you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows, conferences, and product launches. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful activities, strong results, and efficient project deliverables. About the Assignment As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows, conferences, and product launches. The role is both strategic and operational, meaning you'll not only lead the projects but also actively participate in their execution. Your main responsibilities: Planning and executing trade shows and conferences Project management of product launches Coordination between internal departments, suppliers, and external partners Development of project plans, timelines, and activity schedules Coordination of marketing materials and communication initiatives tied to the activities Following up and evaluating completed projects Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone with experience driving marketing-related projects and who is comfortable managing multiple touchpoints simultaneously. We'd like to see that you have: Experience in project management within marketing, events, or communications Experience with trade shows, conferences, or product launches Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating multiple parallel activities Good knowledge of Swedish and English Experience in marketing and communications work It's a plus if you have experience with international operations or technology-oriented companies. You have the ability to create structure, build relationships, and drive projects forward with high quality and clear focus on results.
