About the Position As a project manager, you will drive and be responsible for projects related to step and touch voltage measurements in Svenska kraftnät's facilities. You will be part of a specialist team working to quality-assure the transmission network through measurements, analyses, and methodology development, ensuring that facilities meet requirements for electrical safety and operational safety. You will be responsible for driving projects from planning to completion, with overall responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, environment, electrical safety, and work environment. The role involves working in complex environments with many technical and organizational interfaces, where you coordinate internal specialists and external actors such as contractors, authorities, and other network operators. You have significant individual responsibility and a central function in projects, and you also lead field operations where you coordinate measurements performed by external consultants. The step and touch voltage measurement team operates nationally and drives projects distributed throughout the country. The unit consists of eight employees and 13 consultants, and in addition to current projects, the team also works on developing new measurement methods in the field.
