Project Manager with Construction Contract Legal Expertise

Do you want to lead installation projects from order to handover to the customer while ensuring that contracts are executed professionally, correctly, and in compliance with applicable regulations? We are looking for a Project Manager who thrives in the intersection of technology, business, and customer relations, and who creates confidence by driving projects according to established contract standards such as AB 04 and ABT 06. In this role, you have overall responsibility for projects and ensure that implementation complies with agreements, schedules, budgets, and quality. You serve as the hub of the contract and create structure, clarity, and trust in dialogue with customers, project owners, and other stakeholders. An important part of your task is to actively work with construction contract law and ensure proper handling of contracts, changes, and responsibility allocation throughout all phases of the project. Responsibilities and Main Tasks Plan, lead, and monitor projects based on time, budget, and quality Ensure that projects are driven according to agreements and relevant contract standards (AB 04 and ABT 06) Draft, interpret, and monitor contracts and manage the contract's commercial terms Lead and coordinate internal and external stakeholders Manage changes, deviations, and change order work in accordance with applicable regulations Contribute to estimates, bids, and technical solutions in early stages Work systematically with both occupational health and environmental matters within the scope of projects To succeed in this role, you have experience in project or contract management within installation, construction, or technical services, as well as an engineering degree or equivalent work experience. You have a good understanding of contract types, agreements, and project economics and feel confident working professionally in a project environment. We also believe you have documented and practically applied experience with AB 04 and/or ABT 06, including the ability to handle construction contract legal matters such as change orders, contract interpretation, and change management. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills and are accustomed to building long-term relationships with customers and partners. You have a natural ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward toward common goals. A Class B driver's license and fluent Swedish in speech and writing are requirements for the position, which is located in Timrå. It is a merit if you have technical education in electrical, installation, or construction, as well as experience with complex contracts involving many stakeholders. Experience with business systems, project tools, and digital project documentation is also advantageous. You are a clear and confident person who inspires trust in both customer and production environments. You work in a structured and careful manner while maintaining a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. You thrive in a role with many contact points and have an unpretentious attitude toward collaboration.
