Project Manager - Land and Infrastructure Development

You will become part of the Project Management Section, within the Infrastructure Division of the Infrastructure and Service Administration, where we together develop sustainable, attractive and functional environments for the people of Luleå. Read more about our employment benefits and what we can offer you - https://www.lulea.se/anstallning Duties As a project manager, you are responsible for land and infrastructure development projects including, for example, streets, parks, pedestrian and bicycle paths, and development areas. You lead the projects through the entire process – from early stages, planning and design to production, inspection and handover – with responsibility for schedule, budget and quality. You work closely with colleagues, consultants and contractors and procure according to LOU and manage contracts according to AB/ABT/ABK. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Qualifications University degree in construction, civil engineering or other education that the employer considers relevant Good knowledge of the building process, contract types and project management Experience in project management within land and infrastructure development Driver's license category B Meritorious are experience in public sector operations, LOU, contract law and work with land and infrastructure projects in close collaboration with operations and external stakeholders.
