Project Manager, Painting, Gothenburg As a project manager, you have overall responsibility for your projects, from quotation to completed delivery. You drive the business forward, develop customer relationships, and ensure quality, finances, and schedules. We are looking for someone who is a confident leader with business drive and a knack for customer relations. You have the ability to manage the big picture and see the details that make a difference. Main responsibilities: Lead projects from quotation to completed delivery, with full responsibility for finances, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities Drive quotation processes, follow up on offers, and negotiate business-favorable terms Plan, organize, and monitor projects, both in detail and from a future perspective Work closely with project teams, estimators, and management to ensure that projects meet their objectives Maintain clear communication with customers, partners, and subcontractors Follow up on results, analyze lessons learned, and contribute to developing processes for the future To succeed in this role, we believe you have: Experience as a project manager within painting and surface coatings Good understanding of finances, contracts, and quotation processes (LOU/FKU and framework agreements are advantageous) Strength in negotiation and the ability to build long-term trust with customers and partners Experience working structurally, following up on results, and driving projects to completion with quality and profitability A proactive and solution-oriented approach and a desire to be part of building something great Advantages include experience with turnkey projects, public procurement, or industrial projects within surface coatings/painting.
