Is it you? Together we make a difference, for the entire society. As a Project Manager, you will work on our large service contract with new construction and reinforcement projects. We work with both overhead lines and underground cable networks as well as within different voltage levels, 0.4-40kV. We are looking for someone who is motivated by creating the best conditions for technicians in the field and for the organization. The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, engagement, and quality. The work is independent but at the same time requires great focus on collaboration and communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Some of your main responsibilities: - Responsibility for business planning and project execution through work management and coordination - Inform and report on project status to the client - Responsibility for the financial outcome of projects/assignments and manage closure and financial follow-up - Participate in construction meetings and negotiations with the client - Actively contribute to creating Sweden's safest workplace together Travel is a natural part of the work as a Project Manager. Projects within service contracts require short daily trips within the nearby geography. Requirements As a Project Manager with us, you will be the technicians' main contact for the work performed in the field. You lead technicians and subcontractors in their daily work with a focus on technology and progress. In addition to technology, leadership and communication are a large part of everyday life, and therefore we are looking for someone with a problem-solving and coaching approach. Beyond leadership, a large part of the work is being able to independently drive projects forward. We therefore seek someone who takes responsibility and has great commitment to your assignments. You are motivated by providing good service and quality to your customers, you act commercially with good entrepreneurship, and you would never let profitability come before safety. Being able to communicate, inform, and negotiate both price and time with the customer is a large part of a project manager's daily work. When you start with us, there is always mentorship, and depending on your level of experience, the length of the mentorship varies. We know you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have: - A completed upper secondary education or higher, preferably in electrical, power, technology, contracting, construction, economics, or another relevant field - Work experience in work management or project management - Work experience in the electrical or power sector, or general electrical knowledge is a merit - Experience from the contracting industry is a merit - Computer skills (Office suite) and experience with process-driven work in case management systems - Class B driver's license, as travel occurs in the position - Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written.
