Is that you? Together we make a difference for the entire society. As a Project Manager, you will work on our large service agreement with new construction and reinforcement projects. We work with both overhead and underground cable networks at various voltage levels, 0.4-40kV. We're looking for someone who is motivated by creating the best conditions for technicians in the field and for the organization. The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, commitment, and quality. The work is independent but requires a strong focus on collaboration and communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Some of your main responsibilities: Responsible for business planning and project implementation through work supervision and coordination Inform and report on project status to the client Responsible for the financial outcome of projects/assignments and manage closure and follow-up on finances Attend construction meetings and participate in negotiations with customers Actively contribute to creating Sweden's safest workplace together Travel is a natural part of the Project Manager role. Projects within service agreements require shorter day trips within the nearest geography. Requirements Specification As a Project Manager with us, you will be the technicians' primary contact for work performed in the field. You lead technicians and subcontractors in their daily work with a focus on technology and progress. Beyond technical expertise, leadership and communication are a major part of the daily work, which is why we're looking for someone with a problem-solving and coaching approach. Beyond leadership, a large part of the work is independently driving projects forward. We therefore seek someone who takes responsibility and has great commitment to your assignments. You are motivated by offering good service and quality to your customers, you act commercially with good entrepreneurial spirit, and you would never let profitability come before safety. The ability to communicate, inform, and negotiate on both price and schedule with the customer is a major part of a project manager's daily work. But we would like to see that you already have: Completed upper secondary education or higher, preferably in electrical, power, technology, contracting, construction, economics, or other relevant field Work experience in work supervision or project management Work experience in the electrical or power sector, or alternatively general electrical knowledge (merit) Experience from the contracting industry (merit) Computer skills (Office suite) and experience with process-driven work in case management systems Class B driver's license, as travel is part of the position Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written.
