About the Role As a project manager, you will be responsible for driving construction projects for new residential and commercial developments from the early stages to completion. You join when the project is secured and participate in planning, organizing, and executing it together with your colleagues. You will work on multiple projects in parallel and have overall responsibility where structure, economics, and progress are in focus. More specifically, the role includes: - Drive and lead construction projects from start to finish - Plan resources and staffing together with the leading installer and installation team - Manage project economics, forecasts, and follow-up - Handle procurement from suppliers - ÄTA management and financial dialogue with construction contractors - Ongoing customer contact and collaboration with site managers, suppliers, and installers - Ensure that projects are executed efficiently, structurally sound, and with good profitability About You We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and seek someone who is positive, driven, and has a genuine solution-focused mindset.
