We are now seeking a driven and skilled project manager in Ventilation for Bravida Jönköping. Bravida Ventilation in Jönköping has received the ventilation contract for the Municipality's construction of a new bathhouse, a project that will be executed during 2026–2028. About the Role As a project manager at Bravida, you will have freedom with responsibility, in a key role where you both lead and develop your team while driving business and creating value for our customers. Your work will be varied and you will be responsible for projects from project planning to delivery. Your tasks will include: Responsibility for budgets, results, and execution of projects Develop and strengthen customer relationships by being responsive and proactive Identify and create upselling opportunities through additional services and project upgrades Responsibility for contracts and monitoring of financial results, technical quality, and documentation in our projects Plan and coordinate resources, purchasing, and ensure that work environment and quality requirements are met Lead, engage, and develop your team to deliver high-quality solutions Participate in Bravida's improvement initiatives Your New Team If you enjoy leading and collaborating, you will thrive in this team. The Jönköping team consists of approximately 15 colleagues with various competencies, such as installation, service, ventilation and climate systems, and commissioning. The team is expanding, in part due to the bathhouse project. A typical day consists of resource planning, work supervision, customer contacts, purchasing, and invoice management, as well as design and development of solutions that meet our customers' needs. We are looking for you who: Have a technical education, preferably in ventilation/climate systems Have previously held a leadership role in the construction or installation industry Are commercially minded and have a good understanding of economics and project management Have a natural ability to engage and lead a team toward common goals Hold a Class B driver's license To succeed in this role, we believe you are: A responsive and communicative person with strong customer focus Flexible with the ability to quickly adapt to customer needs Results-oriented and driven by finding business opportunities Structured and thorough with the ability to handle multiple parallel projects How do I apply?
