If you have experience in demolition and have good communication skills, this could be the position for you! NKR Demolition Sweden AB works with demolition, dismantling, asbestos remediation, environmental remediation, cutting, blasting, crushing and fire remediation. We have a recycling rate of 98% and are market leaders in demolition and recycling. Work tasks: We are looking for an experienced and driven project manager in demolition who can lead and coordinate our demolition projects. As a project manager with us, you are responsible for planning, implementation and follow-up of demolition projects, and you ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and safety standards. The role also includes: Lead and plan demolition projects Coordinate and communicate with all involved parties Handle invoicing, approval and project scheduling Supervise and delegate work tasks Responsible for quality control and documentation Your profile: As a person, you are a natural leader who can motivate and lead teams to achieve their goals. You are thorough, structured and have very good communication skills. You find it easy to collaborate and build relationships. You should be solution-oriented and have a strong focus on quality and safety. We also see that you enjoy working, willingly go the extra mile and thrive in a role with a lot of responsibility.
