Project Manager - Environment, Quality & Compliance

We are now seeking a project manager for one of our clients in Norrköping who wants to contribute to developing and ensuring the company's work within environment, quality, and compliance. The position is placed with one of our clients in Norrköping and begins as a consulting assignment via Unik Resurs, with excellent opportunities for transition and employment with the client company. Work Tasks and Responsibilities In this role, you will have an important function in monitoring, interpreting, and implementing laws, regulations, and other external requirements into practical work within the organization. You will work with current issues within areas such as FSC, ISO, and PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) and drive activities to ensure that new and existing requirements are implemented in a structured manner. You will collaborate with multiple parts of the organization and serve as a resource for issues related to environment, quality, certifications, and regulatory compliance. Your Main Work Tasks Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and other external requirements Drive and coordinate the implementation of new requirements within the organization Work on issues related to PPWR, FSC, and ISO Maintain and further develop procedures, processes, and management systems Coordinate activities between different parts of the organization Ensure documentation and follow-up of requirements and activities Contribute to the organization's quality, environment, and improvement initiatives Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in environment, quality, sustainability, compliance, or a similar field. You understand how regulatory requirements, standards, and certifications affect an organization and enjoy translating requirements into concrete activities. We would like to see that you have: Relevant higher education in areas such as environment, quality, sustainability, or equivalent Experience in environment and/or quality work Experience with management systems and ISO standards Ability to understand legislation and regulatory requirements Experience driving or coordinating projects and change initiatives Good communication skills in Swedish and English Experience with PPWR, FSC, packaging legislation, or related regulations is particularly meriting.
