Your Future Challenge We are now looking for a passionate and driven project manager for Mechanical Design who wants to lead exciting and complex projects. In this role, you will work in a dedicated project team and lead projects from start to finish, either through a Team Leader or directly with designers, with team sizes between 10 and 70 people. You will play a central role in coordinating and collaborating cross-functionally both internally, between different departments, and with external partners to ensure the project reaches its goals. Your responsibilities also include carefully planning and following up on work as well as managing project budgets to keep the project on track. As part of our Project Management unit within Mechanical Subsystem Management, which consists of approximately 20 dedicated employees, you will have the opportunity to influence and develop yourself in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Who You Are We are looking for someone with experience in project management or another leadership role who enjoys taking responsibility and driving successful projects. You have a strong ability to plan, coordinate and communicate effectively. You are results-oriented and have a positive attitude toward problem-solving as well as a strong drive to achieve set goals.
