We are looking for an engaged and business-driven project manager within market & event who wants to create successful events through strategic marketing, relevant content, and professional execution. Here you will get a central role where you drive entire projects, from idea and planning to execution and follow-up! About the role In this role, you will have overall responsibility for several projects in parallel and become the driving force behind planning, content, and execution. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external partners to ensure that each meeting place maintains high quality and achieves set goals. The role involves great freedom with responsibility and suits you if you thrive with taking own initiatives, making decisions, and creating results in a dynamic environment. In summary, your work tasks will include: Planning, leading, and executing several trade fairs and meeting places each year. Developing marketing plans, strategies, and timelines. Responsible for visitor recruitment and following up on set goals. Booking speakers and developing conference programs and other content. Building and developing partnerships with industry organizations, universities, and other partners. Negotiating and entering into agreements with partners and suppliers. Responsible for project budget and ongoing follow-up. Ensuring quality and development of the company's visitor database. Coordinating marketing activities with internal and external resources. As a person to succeed in this role, you are a driven and responsible doer who thrives with taking initiative and making things happen. You are structured and solution-oriented, with the ability to keep order even when the pace is high and many things are happening at once. You are also curious and development-focused, with a mature attitude, determination, and a desire to grow. What we are looking for You have a post-secondary education in marketing, communications, project management, or a related field. You have at least 5 years of experience in project management in a leading role within marketing, event, or similar operations. You are experienced in working with marketing plans and driving projects from start to finish. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
