Project Manager for Infrastructure - Stockholm

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a project manager for an infrastructure project in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start in September and run through December 2027. About the Assignment As a project manager, you will lead the work for Project Bana and ensure that project goals and results are achieved. The role includes, among other things: • Lead the work on developing the project's main deliverables: system documentation and plan/permit documentation • Coordinate and ensure working methods for sub-projects within design and planning, sustainability, contracts, and property • Lead the work on planning and follow-up of the project's time, cost, and scope • Report to the project director • Coordinate with other program functions such as support and technical teams regarding risk management, requirement coordination, etc. • Participate in the program's management group • Ensure the project's financial planning, forecasting, and follow-up Other Details: Start: September 2026 End: December 2027 Scope: Full-time Location: Stockholm with possibility for remote work Employment form: Employed by Devotum as the client does not accept subcontractors in this process. About You We are looking for you who meet the following mandatory requirements: • Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, or vocational higher education in a relevant field such as Urban Development, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Project Management • At least 9 years of documented work experience from projects within urban planning, infrastructure, or urban development in a role with leading or coordinating functions • At least 5 years of work experience from working in a design organization in infrastructure/construction projects in the role of, for example, designer, design manager, project leader, or equivalent • At least 5 years of work experience from working with requirements/planning for/during design work for complex construction projects • Experience working in at least 3 projects/assignments with at least three stakeholders • Experience working in at least 3 projects/assignments with at least three stakeholders It is advantageous if you also meet the following requirements: • Completed at least one leadership training • At least 3 years of experience from public sector operations and politically governed organizations • Completed Bas-P training no older than five years Application Does the assignment sound interesting?
