About the Role This is a part-time consulting assignment running through the end of the year. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for ISS Facility Services AB. In this role, you will work on-site at one of ISS's customers, where you become part of the customer's Facility Management team and contribute to driving and developing operations through various FM projects. Key Responsibilities As a Project Manager within Facility Management, you will be an important part of the operations' FM team and be responsible for leading a wide range of projects and change initiatives. The projects vary in scope and may include relocations, renovations, refurbishments, service changes, and other development and change projects within the FM area. You work closely with operations, suppliers, steering committees, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered according to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality levels. Following introduction and training in the organization's project model, you are expected to independently drive projects according to established processes and working methods. An important part of the role is to create structure, clarity, and alignment in projects and ensure that the right information reaches the right target groups at the right time. You will, among other things: • Lead and execute FM-related projects from start to completion • Develop and anchor project plans, timelines, budgets, and project documentation • Coordinate different aspects of the project and ensure progress toward set objectives • Facilitate and document project and steering committee meetings • Report status, risks, deviations, and decision-making materials to project owners and steering committees • Ensure compliance with guidelines on safety, sustainability, and working environment • Support the implementation of Gingco screens and develop relevant content for the screens Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Experience in project management, preferably within Facility Management and/or real estate • Good financial understanding and experience with budget tracking and quotation review • Experience coordinating and communicating with multiple stakeholders • Good skills in Microsoft 365 • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written To succeed in this role, we believe you are someone who takes responsibility and drives work forward naturally.
