Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate service assignments for the power grid from start to completion. • Ensure material requirements, resources, and schedules. • Manage documentation and follow-up in relevant IT systems. • Maintain active dialogue with field technicians, suppliers, and clients. • Manage budget and financial follow-up in projects. • Report status and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements. Your Profile We are looking for someone with technical knowledge and experience from the electrical, energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors. You may have worked as a technician, installer, service manager, or have experience with installation projects on larger construction sites. Requirements: • High school diploma or higher (preferably in electrical, power, or construction/project management). • Experience with financial follow-up and budget responsibility. • Excellent computer skills and experience with system support tools. • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, and a valid B-category driving license. Merits: • Experience as a construction foreman or similar leadership role. • Experience with earthwork and infrastructure projects. As a person, you are confident, social, and communicative. You have a natural ability to build trust with both clients and suppliers through a professional and solution-oriented approach.
