The company is in an exciting development phase and is now seeking a project manager who wants to drive both ongoing service and maintenance assignments as well as future project activities. ABOUT THE ROLE As Project Manager at our client, you will have a key role in the operation where you are responsible for small and medium-sized projects, primarily within service, maintenance, and reinvestments in electrical power installations. The role is broad and combines technical responsibility with project management, planning, and customer contact. You work closely with technicians, service managers, and bid engineers while having great freedom to plan and drive your own assignments. Your day-to-day work will include: Planning, implementation, and follow-up of projects Estimation and preparation of cost bases Resource and time planning Preparation of work environment plans and project documentation Customer dialogue and participation in quotation and bidding work Coordination of internal and external resources Monitoring of finances, quality, and work environment The position offers a varied day where you combine office work with visits out in the operation and at project sites. Travel occurs as needed depending on the geographical location of the projects. WHO ARE YOU? For the role of Project Manager, we are looking for someone with practical experience from the electrical power industry and who feels confident leading projects or assignments within the field. You have built up good technical understanding and thrive in a role where you can combine this with planning, finance, and customer contact. As a person, you are communicative, collaborative, and unpretentious. You find it easy to build trust and establish relationships with colleagues, customers, and various partners. At the same time, you are self-driven and comfortable taking personal responsibility for your projects. You are solution-oriented, structured, and have the ability to create momentum and thereby pave the way for good results. We also believe that the following points apply to you: Experience as a project manager, service manager, or similar role within electrical power Background from electrical, energy, or power industry Experience with estimation and financial follow-up Good understanding of work environment and safety matters Fluent in Swedish and English B-class driving license Does this sound like an interesting opportunity?
