About Technical Property Services Technical Property Services is a Northern Sweden-based company that manages maintenance and development of properties for customers who are property owners and users in industrial, public and commercial operations. The company operates within service and preventative maintenance of building technical installations for ventilation, heating, cooling, electrical and automation systems. Operations are based in Northern Sweden with offices in 16 locations from Uppsala in the south to Luleå in the north and with headquarters in Sundsvall. Technical Property Services is part of the Fenix Holding AB group with nearly 500 employees, of which approximately 250 are employed at TFS. About the Position In the role of project manager for electrical work, you will perform calculations and cost estimates for projects within electrical contracting. The role suits you if you are advancing in your career and want to take on a more coordinating position where you work closely with projects, technology and customers. You will also plan, lead and allocate work within the electrical field and manage several smaller projects in parallel. You have responsibility for the entire project cycle from start to completion and ensure budget, schedule and progress. Furthermore, you work with quotations, calculations and project follow-up, and maintain contact with the customer regarding project changes based on documentation such as drawings and specifications. You also participate in project follow-up meetings with the site manager and controller.
