About the Role Ramboll's project management team in Malmö is in an expansive phase, and we are now seeking a driven project manager who wants to take a central role in developing and driving exciting projects within infrastructure and construction. Your New Position As our new Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate projects in construction, real estate, or industrial sectors from planning to completion. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while creating value for our customers through innovative and sustainable solutions. You will be part of our global Buildings Advisory & Consultancy organization, with local anchoring in our project management unit, Project Management West/South, and will work in the local market with our customers. The unit currently consists of about 20 skilled employees with broad experience in project management, construction management, occupational health and safety, and cost estimation. The unit works closely with both our national and international teams, and together we drive projects that shape the sustainable societies of the future. Many of our projects are multidisciplinary, which enables collaboration with customers and colleagues across all of Ramboll's business areas. With the strength of a global organization, we can offer comprehensive consulting that combines technology, strategy, and digitalization. Our organization brings together consulting in project and construction management, digital processes, and specialist expertise in areas such as building physics, acoustics, and safety, as well as sustainability strategies to support our customers throughout the entire building process. The result is buildings and environments that are smart, safe, and sustainable. Your main areas of responsibility include: - Project management by directing projects toward established goals, creating an understanding of customer needs, and defining project objectives together with the customer. - Actively participating in the bidding process and contributing to winning new assignments. - Implementing sustainability and environmental initiatives in projects. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. - Being involved in developing the society of the future in the Scania region. - Contributing knowledge in contracts and agreements, risk management, and project planning. About You - You have a minimum of 10 years of experience leading construction projects with high requirements for coordination and planning. - You have experience with ABK09, ABT06, AB04. - You have experience from negotiations and thrive in dialogue with customers. - You have strong communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English. - You have an academic education as a civil engineer/higher education degree or equivalent work experience. - Experience with design management and construction management is advantageous. - It is advantageous if you are trained and active as a responsible controller (KA) according to PBL.
