About the Role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving shelter renovation and expansion projects in southern Sweden. You step in once the project is secured and participate in planning, organizing, and executing it alongside your colleagues. You manage multiple projects in parallel and have overall responsibility where structure, finances, regulatory compliance, and delivery are in focus. The position specifically includes: - Driving and leading the delivery of shelter projects from contract award to completion - Planning resources together with the Regional Manager - Responsibility for project finances, schedule, forecasts, and monitoring - Managing procurement with material suppliers and subcontractors - Change order handling and financial dialogue with the client - Ongoing customer contact and collaboration with external partners - Ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, systematically, and with good profitability About You We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is positive and driven with a genuine focus on solutions.
