Project Manager in Construction

Now we are looking for a project manager who wants to drive both our projects and our continued development. Responsibilities As a project manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and monitoring construction projects from start to completion. The role involves close collaboration with customers, employees, subcontractors, and suppliers. Your main responsibilities are to: Lead construction projects with responsibility for schedule, quality, and budget. Be the customer's contact person throughout the project. Plan and coordinate personnel, materials, and subcontractors. Establish and monitor schedules and project budgets. Handle documentation, change orders, and quality assurance. Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and contracts. Actively use AI and digital tools to streamline planning, administration, communication, and follow-up. Qualifications Requirements At least 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Experience working with private customers and/or business customers. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Driver's license (Category B). Merits Experience with renovation/modernization projects (ROT-projects). Experience with estimating or procurement. Knowledge of construction contract law (AB 04/ABT 06). Experience with digital project management systems. Documented experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar in daily work.
