To give you the best possible start, your introduction and training will take place at our office in Norrköping together with experienced colleagues. You will be part of a project management team where collaboration and employee participation are in focus. We have high expertise in our field and enjoy working together. Your Tasks and Responsibilities As a project manager with us, you lead and drive construction projects from start to finish. Your main tasks are: Estimating and quotations Participation in procurement of new projects with clients Project planning Procurement of materials and subcontractors Responsibility for quality documentation in the project Participation in construction meetings Project management together with supervisors/team leads and skilled workers Financial monitoring in Linotol's business system Participation in inspections Contribution to Linotol Group's development work You have budget responsibility for the project economics in your own projects. You are responsible for workplace safety issues in the project and, although you do not have direct personnel responsibility, you are responsible for the work team on site together with the supervisor. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with post-secondary education as a construction engineer (vocational), civil engineer, or equivalent experience. You may come directly from school, but it is advantageous if you have experience in construction project management, preferably within the concrete industry. You have strong skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You enjoy collaborating with others and have the ability to handle periods of high pace and varying tasks.
