As a Trade Project Manager at Swedac, you contribute to developing our work with trade promotion. You develop initiatives within trade promotion, based on Swedish companies' needs for functioning quality infrastructure in trade with other countries.
The work location is either in Borås, where the agency's office is located, or in Stockholm, where Swedac currently has three employees with office spaces in Tillväxtverket's premises. The position involves extensive travel, both between locations and internationally.
About the role
In this role, you work to strengthen Swedish trade by developing and utilizing quality infrastructure as a strategic tool. The role involves contributing analysis and expertise to strengthen Swedish trade through quality infrastructure. You participate in external relationships with authorities and the business sector.
Your main responsibilities
Contribute to trade promotion initiatives linked to quality infrastructure within the unit.
Participate in building and developing relationships with Swedish companies with international operations.
Analyze how quality infrastructure can be used to promote trade.
Participate when Swedac contributes its expertise to authorities, foreign service missions, and international collaborations.
Participate in international initiatives and smaller projects that promote Swedish trade.
Prepare materials for meetings, take meeting minutes, and handle other administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone with:
At least a bachelor's degree in an area the employer deems relevant.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
Experience working with Sweden's promotion at a Swedish authority, or experience from regional trade promotion, or experience the employer deems equivalent.
Meritorious: experience working in the private business sector, especially with international trade.
Meritorious: experience working with quality infrastructure.
