About the Role We are seeking an experienced project manager who wants to drive our largest projects. In this role, you are responsible for your projects and for leading and developing your project organization to achieve the best possible results. About the Role As a project manager, you are responsible for leading and delivering large projects in the range of 50 million SEK up to 1,000 million SEK. You work with full-service contracts that include land, construction, procurement, design, assembly, and commissioning, with responsibility for driving the project to completion on time and with high quality. To support you, you have sub-project managers, site managers, technicians in the field, and internal support functions. Organizationally, you belong to our business area "Stations Project Medium." Your main areas of responsibility include: Planning and implementation of the project Leadership and management of the project team Responsibility for the financial outcome of projects and managing closure and financial follow-up Informing and reporting on project status to the client Participating in construction meetings and negotiations with the customer Risk management Reporting and documentation of project progress The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, engagement, and quality. Travel is a natural part of the work. Those working on larger projects often travel longer distances where overnight stays occur. Requirement Specification To be successful in this role, you have the ability to build strong collaborations and set direction. You solve problems that arise and are accustomed to managing risks and unexpected situations. As a leader, you create engagement through participation and you have the ability to structure work to achieve both milestones and overarching goals. Finally, you are commercially minded with good entrepreneurial spirit, but would never let profitability come before safety. We know you will develop together with us.
