About the Role We are looking for an experienced project manager who wants to drive our largest projects. In this role, you are responsible for your projects and for leading and developing your project organization to achieve the best possible results. About the Role As a project manager, you are responsible for leading and delivering large projects in the range of 50 Mkr up to 1,000 Mkr. You work with turnkey projects that include site work, construction, procurement, design, assembly, and commissioning with responsibility for driving the project to completion on time and with high quality. To assist you, you have sub-project managers, site managers, technicians in the field, and internal support functions. Organizationally, you belong to our business unit "Stations Project South North." Your main areas of responsibility include: Planning and execution of the project Leading and directing the project team Responsibility for the financial outcome of projects and managing closure and follow-up on finances Informing and reporting project status to the client Participating in construction meetings and negotiations with the customer Risk management Reporting and documentation of project progress The work involves strong focus on safety, progress, engagement, and quality. Travel is a natural part of the work. Those working on larger projects often travel longer distances where overnight stays occur. Requirements Specification To be successful in this role, you have the ability to create strong collaborations and set direction. You solve problems that arise and are experienced in handling risks and unexpected situations. As a leader, you create engagement through participation and you have the ability to establish structure to achieve both sub-goals and overarching goals. Finally, you are business-minded with good entrepreneurial spirit, but would never let profitability come before safety. We know you will develop together with us.
