About the Role We are looking for an experienced project manager who wants to drive our largest projects. In this role, you are responsible for your projects and for leading and developing your project organization to achieve the best possible results. About the Role As a project manager, you are responsible for leading and delivering large projects in the range of 50 Mkr up to 1000 Mkr. You work with turnkey contracts that include land, construction, procurement, design, assembly, and commissioning with responsibility to drive the project to completion on time and with high quality. To assist you, you have sub-project managers, site managers, technicians in the field, and internal support functions. Organizationally, you belong to our business area "Stations Project South North". Your main areas of responsibility include: Planning and execution of the project Leading and managing the project team Responsibility for the financial outcome of the projects and managing closure and follow-up on finances Informing and reporting on the project status to the client Participating in construction meetings and in negotiations with the customer Risk management Reporting and documentation of the project's progress The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, engagement, and quality. Travel is a natural part of the work. Those working with larger projects often travel longer distances where overnight stays occur. Requirements Specification To be successful in this role, you have the ability to create strong collaborations and set direction. You solve problems that arise and are used to handling risks and unexpected situations. As a leader, you create engagement through participation and you have the ability to structure work to achieve both sub-goals and overall goals. Finally, you are business-minded with good entrepreneurship, but would never let profitability come before safety. We know that you will develop together with us.
