Project Manager for 5S Implementation

Description:

We are seeking an engaged project manager to drive the implementation of 5S in our client's production operations. You will play a central role in creating an efficient, safe, and sustainable workplace – and in connecting 5S work with other operational management models. As a project manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing 5S work in close collaboration with production managers, operators, and other key functions. You will become an important link between strategy and daily work on the production floor. Key Responsibilities Lead and drive the implementation of 5S Develop and follow up on action plans, timelines, and measurable results Train and engage employees in 5S methodology Identify synergies between 5S and other management models in the operation Ensure that improvements are sustained and become a natural part of the work approach Collaborate with production management and employees across both shifts The position is 60-100% with a start in early August and runs for two months. Working hours vary between Monday-Friday 8-17.
