About the assignment As a project manager, you will have a key role in planning, driving, and coordinating multiple real estate and office-related projects. Your main focus will be to ensure that the new office in Östersund is ready for occupancy according to plan, while you are also responsible for other projects within the business, including at sites in Åre and Boden. The role combines strategic thinking with operational responsibility and suits you if you thrive on taking ownership, creating structure, and driving multiple parallel initiatives forward. You will work closely with internal operations, support functions, and external suppliers to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the business's needs. An important part of the assignment is also to plan and implement communication around the projects so that employees and stakeholders are continuously informed about progress, changes, and upcoming activities. After occupancy, you will also have an important role in the long-term management of the new office where you are responsible for establishing functioning workflows, collaboration forums, and a sustainable management organization. Your tasks In the role you will, among other things: Project manage and coordinate the establishment of a new office through to occupancy. Drive real estate and office projects according to set objectives, budgets, and schedules. Act as facility manager and ensure smooth operations and management after occupancy. Coordinate and lead other real estate projects within the business. Ensure that work is performed according to internal processes and guidelines. Gather operational needs and prepare documentation for investments and decisions. Participate in implementing new working methods, including activity-based work environments and unassigned desks. Establish and develop collaboration forums such as facility groups and other forums for long-term management. Responsible for communication and information efforts related to the projects. Create good collaboration between operations, internal functions, and external suppliers. Who are we looking for? To succeed in the assignment, we see that you have: At least 3-8 years of experience in project management. Experience leading projects in, for example, real estate, office, production, or business development. Experience with budget work and financial monitoring. Ability to drive multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel in a structured manner. Very good communication skills and experience adapting messages to different target audiences.
