About the Assignment We are seeking an experienced project manager in real estate for assignments with our customers. The assignments include real estate development, renovations, space adaptations, technical installations, and other operational or real estate-related change initiatives. As a consultant, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on projects throughout implementation, from feasibility studies and design to final delivery. You ensure that projects are executed according to agreed-upon objectives regarding schedule, cost, quality, and function. The role requires independence, good coordination skills, and experience managing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Competency Level We are seeking a consultant at competency level 3, which means you work independently, can lead small to medium-sized projects or sub-projects, and have several years of experience in the field. You are expected to be able to plan, execute, and follow up on projects with limited support, as well as contribute with methodology, structure, and professional judgment. Example of Work Tasks · Lead and coordinate projects within real estate, construction, and technical installations · Establish, follow up on, and report timelines, budgets, and project objectives · Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders · Ensure compliance with requirements, contracts, and technical solutions · Identify, analyze, and manage risks and deviations · Develop decision-making documents, status reports, and project documentation · Participate in procurement and follow-up of contractors and suppliers · Ensure projects are executed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards · Contribute to development of work methods, processes, and project methodology Requirement Profile · Relevant university education in construction, real estate, engineering, or equivalent experience · At least 5 years of documented experience in project management within real estate, construction, or technical installations · Experience independently driving projects with responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality · Good knowledge of construction processes, contract forms, and construction law · Experience coordinating multiple actors in complex project environments · Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written · Good administrative and organizational skills Meritorious · Certification in project management such as IPMA, PMI, or equivalent · Experience from the public sector or mission-critical operations · Experience with space adaptations, tenant improvements, or major renovation projects · Knowledge of BAS-P/BAS-U, occupational safety, or design management · Experience with classified security projects or security-sensitive operations · Experience with commercial real estate or operationally adapted premises Personal Qualities · Structured and methodical · Independent with good execution capability · Responsible and solution-oriented · Unpretentious and collaboration-focused · Good ability to build trust with customers and partners · Ability to see both the big picture and the details Selection and interviews take place on a rolling basis.
