Staffanstorp Energi is a local power distribution company with an important mission: to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable electricity distribution to our customers every day. We manage approximately 8,000 connections and an electrical grid with very high operational reliability. At the same time, Staffanstorp is growing rapidly, which means significant investments and exciting development projects in electrical grid infrastructure.
We are now looking for a project manager who wants to drive our investment and expansion projects from idea to completed facility.
About the role
As a project manager with us, you will have a central role in developing Staffanstorp's electrical grid. You are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on projects involving new connections, grid reinforcements, reinvestments, and expansion of electrical grid facilities.
You will work closely with our engineering and planning functions, operations organization, contractors, authorities, and customers. The role involves significant individual responsibility but also close collaboration with knowledgeable colleagues in an organization where decision-making processes are quick and where you rapidly see the results of your work.
You will, among other things:
Lead investment and expansion projects within electrical grids.
Take responsibility for project timelines, budgets, and quality.
Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal resources.
Participate in engineering and technical decisions alongside our specialists.
Handle contacts with authorities, land matters, and permit issues.
Establish and monitor budgets, forecasts, and estimates.
Contribute to the development of our working methods and project processes.
Who are you?

Have experience leading technical projects.
Have knowledge of electrical power, electricity distribution, the energy sector, or related technical activities.
Are experienced in managing multiple projects in parallel.
Have good financial understanding and can monitor project budgets.
Thrive with many contacts and find it easy to build trust.
Work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner.
It is advantageous if you also have:
Experience from electrical grid operations.
Knowledge of contract law for construction projects.
Experience with procurement and construction projects.
Higher education in electrical power, energy, or civil engineering.
Experience with DpPower.
