Emil Lundgren AB is seeking several Project Managers in Contracting for our business unit in Stockholm. We have won a major project worth 50 million SEK, and you will be a key person to drive and execute it. We are also looking for a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects ranging from 2–15 million SEK. The projects focus primarily on electrical and telecommunications work for our clients, mainly construction and real estate companies in Stockholm/Mälardalen.

Emil Lundgren offers installation solutions in electrical, telecommunications, power, lighting, alarms, and data networks. We work on renovations and new construction of offices, residential buildings, and technical facilities.
Your Responsibilities
- Have overall responsibility for the project's schedule, budget, and results.
- Be supported by estimators in calculations and material selection for quotations.
- Plan resources, lead, allocate, monitor, and follow up on work tasks in ongoing projects until inspection.
- Actively participate in external construction and installation meetings.
- Share responsibility for quality, environment, workplace safety, and documentation.
- Report to the Contracting Manager. Office location is in Bergshamra (Solna).
Your Background/Personality
- Experienced project manager who has led a major individual project of at least 20 million SEK. If you have managed multiple smaller contracting projects of 1–10 million SEK in parallel within electrical/telecommunications or related fields, you are also of interest to us.
- With your entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen, and strong trust-building abilities, you create good customer relationships and drive projects efficiently alongside our professional technicians toward set goals.
- Trained in electrical work or have equivalent professional experience.
- Have knowledge of contract law and strong computer skills.
- Are you a service-oriented, structured, attentive, clear, and stress-resilient person who always puts the customer first? Then you are the right person for us!
