Your Responsibilities
As a Project Manager for Core Engine, you will lead delivery projects for international customers in industries where contracts and technical solutions are complex. You have overall responsibility for the project's delivery, quality, budget, and schedule, while serving as an important link between the customer, the engineering organization, and the project team.
No two days are the same. One day you review calculations and plan a new project; the next day you lead a test run at the workshop with a customer on-site. The role offers great variety and many points of contact, both internally and externally.
Your main responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate delivery projects from start to completion
Plan, follow up, and ensure that projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and customer requirements
Responsible for technical clarification and coordination of engineering issues related to Core Engine
Monitor project finances through calculation reviews, forecasts, and monthly financial follow-ups
Collaborate with internal functions and build strong relationships with customers and partners
Drive the project team toward common goals and ensure high delivery quality
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a degree in Civil Engineering in electrical or mechanical/machine engineering
Has experience in project management within engineering, design, or work related to gas turbines
Thrives in a coordinating role with many points of contact and has a strong customer focus
Is driven, takes responsibility, and has a strong ability to find solutions
Is organized, flexible, and works purposefully to achieve set goals
Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
